Rodicak 2006

For the 3rd time in AIESEC Praha history, EB has organized "Rodicak" to explain our parents why the hell we spent 24 hours/day in AIESEC without being paid...

It was really cool because our parents got the chance to understand why do we do all this and what we have learned so far. The were impressed by our presentation skills, fluent English and discussions with trainees. We had a really short AIESEC Big Picture and EB functional presentations.



To make it more exciting, we made ppt about what we have experienced so far and one big exchange simulation. The biggest success were of course AIESEC dances:)

Two weeks of intensive work (and fun)

It has become a tradition that the first two weeks of holidays are dedicated to intensive @ work at our LC. However, to start it up properly and easy we organized a barbeque party at Roosevelt dorms terrace on the first evening (3rd July). To broaden our workforce, we invited two CEEDers - Katya from Russia and Andi from Romania for a month.



To stay fit, we spent Wednesday evenings on sand playing beach volleyball. Some of us turned out to be real "talents":-)

Party at the beginning, party at the end...;-) On Friday 14th July, we started in a park and then moved to a club. To make you familiar with the atmosphere, we decided to upload a picture of our EB drink - typical alcohol brand for our parties:-)

International film festival in Karlovy Vary

We wanted to try the uplifting feeling of being among film stars so we visited the film festival. Three days (6th-8th July) in the name of joy, fun, good and shitty movies, spa waffles, lack of Becherovka and sightseeing...

Year Plan Update in Lodín

Since all the plans need to be reviewed and updated from time to time, we decided to abuse Peta's parents' cottage and left for a place called Lodin (near Novy Bydzov).




During three days (30th June - 2nd July) we managed to review the plan, have workshops on several topics, agree on what will happen on holidays , drink 3 bottles of Fernet, play beach voleyball and have a barbeque.
